Each digital image has an embedded copyright code.

1. Definitions:
"Licence" means those rights in the Photographs.
"'Photographs" means all photographic material, furnished by Sheryl Wong, whether transparencies, negatives, prints or electronic material.

2. Copyright and licence to use:
Unless otherwise stated, Sheryl Wong is the sole author of the Photographs.  Subject to Licence, Sheryl Wong always retains the entire copyright in the Photographs throughout the World.
The Licence cannot be transferred without Sheryl Wong’s written consent. 

3. Exclusivity:
Sheryl Wong retains the right in all cases to use the Photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the World. 

4. Indemnity:
Sheryl Wong shall not be liable for any legal action, claim for damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the Photographs.

5. Electronic data:
The Photographs by any other means, methods or processes, whether now known or hereafter developed in whole or in part except as expressly agreed subject to the agreement of Sheryl Wong.​​​​​​​
